Do you want to be part of an exciting journey to shape the reward philosophy, policies and practices in a leading global company? We are looking for a driven Global Rewards Manager to develop and execute best practice policies and frameworks for delivering pay and incentives.

About the department
The position is located in Denmark in the area of Corporate People & Organisation. You will report to the Head of Global Rewards and join a team of seven highly skilled rewards professionals. The overall goal of the Global Rewards team is to continue to develop the Global Reward strategies in support of Novo Nordisk strategy and goals locally and globally. The team works closely together with the global HR organisation as well as Line of Business and is responsible for designing and developing Rewards programs and processes in support of different areas of the company.

The position
You will be the Rewards Key Account Manager and single point of entry for all reward-related matters for Novo Nordisk’s Business Services and Compliance area. In close partnership with the HR Business Partners, you will monitor and govern adherence to global minimum standards, conduct ad-hoc job level evaluations and drive the annual job level and compensation reviews for the account.

You are also expected to deliver relevant key account information and data/metrics to relevant stakeholders in the account, to facilitate strategic discussions and decisions on reward-related matters.

You will play an active role in the development of a Global Job Architecture, driving the creation of position descriptors and slotting of positions, together with the HRBPs, other Reward Key Account Managers and in alignment with the Job Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead. You will also play a key part in the development and maintenance of the governance and communication/training material for the Job Architecture CoE area.

You have an academic background, minimum at Bachelor level and preferably in the area of Human Resources, Economics, Finance or Statistics. You have at least five years of progressive HR experience, with practical application of Performance and Rewards policies and practices, preferably in an international environment. You are proficient in Excel and advanced user of the rest of the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Success Factors and/or other HRIT systems is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person you possess strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and flair for numbers. You have solid business and organisational understanding that enables you to connect data with organisational opportunities and challenges and translate complex data into user-friendly, visual key messages. You have a strong desire and ability to set high standards and get things done in a collaborative way and with a fast pace. You have a natural authority within your area of expertise and strong stakeholder management skills, especially in creating trust and becoming a credible partner to senior management.
